I was taking the elderberry seamoss to detox my lungs from a bronchial infection and i couldn’t believe how quickly and effectively it worked! Along with my skin looking amazing and feeling energetic and proactive…. This stuff is a game changer and i highly recommend it to everyone! Just an fyi if you have any thyroid isssues check with your doctor before taking seamoss.
